RATES
Square Inch Price
My current price is 2 cents per square inch for all designs.
Example: A quilt top is 60 inches x 80 inches. 60 x 80 = 4800 x .02 = $96.

My minimum quilting charge is $50. This means that a small quilt or table runner's square inch price will be rounded up to the $50 minimum. I require the $50 as a deposit paid upfront with the remainder when the quilt is finished.
T-SHIRT QUILTS
T-shirt quilts were my bread and butter when I ran my quilting business from 2012-2015. I made over 200 t-shirt quilts at that time, so I decided to continue offering that service.

My current rate for t-shirt quilts is $18/shirt (they don't have to be t-shirts. Anylightweight fabric item will work). The number of t-shirts needed for popular sizes are:
Lap (16 shirts - 60"x60") $288
Twin (20 shirts - 60"x75") $360
Full (30 shirts - 75"x90") $540
Queen (36 shirts - 90"x90") $648
The cost covers all materials other than the t-shirts. You provide those!
Batting
I use and stock Hobbs batting in the 80/20 cotton/poly blend. If you prefer, you can purchase packaged batting and send it with your quilt.
Batting is a separate charge and is NOT included in the square inch price.
I charge for batting by the linear inch from queen rolls of batting except in the case of special orders. I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 5" margin) and charge per inch.
For example, if you have a 60" x 80" quilt, I would cut 65" of the batting of your choice.
65" of 100% cotton deluxe loft @ $0.40/in = $26.00
65" of 80/20 cotton/poly blend @ $0.33/in = $21.45
65" of 100% poly @ $0.26/in = $16.90
Thread
I use a variety of quilting threads, matching the thread to the project. I don't charge any extra fees for thread use, it's included in your square inch price.Â
My personal style attempts to match or blend thread color with the lighter areas of your quilt. But this is YOUR quilt! Let me know if you have a preference on thread color.
Photography
I'm not a professional photographer but I do my best to take "nice" photos with my phone! :) Upon completion of the quilting, I will take photos of your quilt and then text/email you those images to use however you would like. I'd just ask that you credit me for the photo and/or quilting if posting publicly. This extra service is included in your square inch price.
Shipping
Shipping your top and backing to me: I live in Oklahoma, USA, and would be happy to receive your top and backing by mail. I'd recommend sending your materials enclosed in some kind of sack or bag to protect against possible moisture in transit and then placed in a hard-sided cardboard box. Make sure the box is securely taped and labeled clearly.
Return shipping: I will send your quilt back to you in the manner described above via USPS Priority mail (using flat rate when possible/economical). Priority mail comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number but please indicate on your intake form if you would like me to buy any additional insurance on your behalf. It's a great idea to insure your valuables against loss or damage while with the Postal Service, but I don't require it.
